views over the Sea of Abaco. Across the road is a dock on a sheltered
canal that you can use for your boat.
Up on stilts you have a fabulous vista looking out across the ocean to
the off shore Cays. The wide deck is perfect for sunbathing or dining
alfresco and a spacious screened porch gives you an alternative indoor
outdoor living space.
The open plan living area is comfortably appointed with couches and
satellite TV with the well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar off to the
side.
The large Master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a King sized bed,
and the second bedroom a comfortable queen sized bed.
The study/den has DSL internet service and a pull out couch that can
sleep an additional 2 persons.
Located in quiet Leisure Lee your privacy is ensured and yet you are
only 15 minutes away from the towns of Treasure Cay and Marsh Harbour
with shops, restaurants, boat rentals, fishing and scuba diving.

rentals, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, tennis, golf and restaurants
available in Treasure Cay or Marsh Harbour. ( 15mins drive away )
Rates:
$1650 / week + $85 cleaning fee
50% deposit required to secure your dates with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
